Robert and Daniel were delayed a few hours because of a prior job. Prior to their arrival, their central office called me and told me they would be delayed, and took $100 off the job, which was for replacement of the evaporator coil on an air conditioner unit and recharging the refrigerant. They were superbly professional, very knowledgeable, explained things on request, and finished the job an hour faster than the original estimate-- in spite of the wait, it was worth it. Residential Express Heating and Air had earned my business before, so it was easy to call them for another service call on my HVAC. You will not go wrong.
