Super responsive! Came back from out of town to find that our AC had broke. I found RES on Yelp and they came promptly that morning, diagnosed the issue and gave me 3 great options and estimates on the spot (ranging in price so I could decide financially what I wanted/could commit to). The very next day they installed my new AC unit and helped upgrade us to a wifi capable thermostat. All three service guys I interacted with were super friendly, explained everything clearly, were very clean/cautious when working in the house/backyard and efficient! The warranty package was great and I wouldn’t recommend anyone else. The five stars they get are very real and well deserved!

Equipments were reasonably priced from the get go, but more important than that the technicians they sent to do the job were top notch. By the way, they left the area almost cleaner than they found it. Will have no hesitation recommending them

GREAT company! I had called an HVAC firm I had used before, but they just wanted to sell me a new $11,000 furnace. Residencial sent a wonderfully trained and HONEST technician out and it was $120 to clear a blockage in the drain pipe.
Needless to say, they have a loyal client for life.

My experience with Residential Express Heating & Air was excellent from the start to the end. They were extremely responsive and professional. They replied immediately to my request for quote, providing not only the best price compared to the others I contacted, but they were the only one that provided a real written quote. They scheduled the service to come out quickly too. Tra was the technician who came out and replaced the inducer motor on my furnace. He was very friendly, professional, and extremely knowledgable. He explained everything, answered every question, and made me feel comfortable that my furnace was repaired well. I don't usually write reviews about companies unless I really highly recommend them.
