Residential Express Heating & Air

We used RES to replace our HVAC units and water heater, and were extremely impressed with their work. After receiving several estimates, we decided to go with Tra because he was easy to work with, gave the best price, and found a unique solution to a refrigerant line problem which didn't involve cutting holes in our drywall (something I had asked each estimator about and only Tra had come up with a solution for). Tra and David came out quickly to start the job which took 2 days, and when I missed the appointment for our second day, he offered to come out and finish the work on Sunday, his next day off, to get us out of the scorching heat. Overall, a 5 star company, and I would suggest using them for any of your HVAC needs.

Let me tell you something- these guys are the real deal, professiona,prompt,polite,timely....oh and they know exactly what they are doing.

Story heat goes out on Christmas,of all days.They show up the morning after, repaired the system on the same day.

A month later our heater went out on a rental property, and yes.. they were able to arrive same day and again repaired on the same day. Most reliable company I’ve used for HVAC.
