We were having an issue with our air conditioning, no matter what the AC will just pump out warm air no matter what. We found RES on yelp so we reached out, Tra came to the house the same day to diagnose our system. He was able to diagnose the issue quickly and had the system up and running within the hour.

We rarely experience good service with HVAC companies or any service companies in general. It was refreshing to have found RES they have exceeded our expectations. We highly recommend RES!

When it comes to home repairs, I'm no Bob the Builder. Earlier this week, my tenant emailed me about a potential air conditioning issue in the condominium. I turned to Yelp for some help, combing through a couple of HVAC companies. RES, thankfully, was near the top of the list with over 145 five-star reviews. I messaged RES through Yelp on Monday night at 6:50 pm, wondering a) if they were still operating during COVID-19 and b) when they would be able to get back to me.

Well within 10 minutes, Brandon from RES messaged me back. He informed me of the diagnosis fee (but also mentioned a $20 discount) and said they had availability as soon as Tuesday morning. Residential Express Services (RES) has very high ratings in Google Reviews and Yelp, which drove my expectation sky high. Yet, somehow they still managed to exceed my sky high expectation.

Tra came to tune up our two HVAC systems. He explained so many things to us. Even better, he did not try to sell us anything.

A few weeks later, when our HVAC was not functioning properly, they ( I believe it was Brandon) were so responsive in my emergency call on a Saturday afternoon, sending Robert to inspect the unit within two hours of my request. Robert immediately fixed the issue. After that, he still spent about an hour, or so, checking and tuning the unit even though he has fixed this issue. Our new A/C company. Very responsive. Our A/C was intermittently not blowing cold air beginning Sat pm, but by late Sun AM it had stopped blowing at all. Called and emailed RES, and they had someone at our home very quickly (within an hour). Their overtime prices were lower than others'. The tech was courteous, always put on/took off the booties when going in/out of the house, took time to explain what he saw and his recommended solution, had the parts needed for the job (so no waiting, no wondering), and he took text notes and pictures about our system for future reference. The house was getting cooler and dryer when the tech left.

I reachd out to this company on a Sunday night on a messaging app and recvd a rapid response in 10 minutes offering help. From my first point of contact thru the whole process w/this company my experience was AMAZING!! The rep (TRA) went out of his way to come to my home the next morning at 6am because they were fully booked for the next 5 days. When Tra & Rob came to my home they were extremely professional, they advised me what they were going to do and educated me on my A/C problem. I recommend them to anyone that needs HVAC work done. They fixed my problem at one visit, were very knowledgeable, honest, had great customer service,and competitive prices. I will def use this company for all of my future HVAC needs!! What a great company. I had an issue with my AC unit during some home renovations and my home went up to 97 degrees. I called Residential Express and I had a tech at the house within the hour. The tech was able to trouble shoot my issue within a few minutes and recommended a fix. (It was electrical (bad breaker)) I was charged a very reasonable price and the tech was great. I recommend them without hesitation.

I contacted RES for a quote, and they gave me a number of options. I'm writing this review based on my interaction during the quote process. They were willing to work with some reasonable requests, and were extremely prompt in answering my questions. I also had some issues about my lawn and whether we should install the AC before redoing the yard. RES did not push us to do the install right away, but instead recommended that we take care of the yard first so that the AC pad could be installed on top of the new yard, and even agreed to keep the quote active for a year so that we could complete the process. Very positive experience, so we will be using them once we're ready to purchase.

Additionally, it was very easy to get a quote from them without any hassle.
