Emailed them on a Monday afternoon during a heat wave and they had someone at my house on Tuesday (even arrived earlier then they expected). Quickly diagnosed my issues and got the AC running better than it has in the two years I have lived at my house for a reasonable price. Even though I told them I wanted a quote to replace my unit they still got my old one working amazing. Sadly for them it is working so well now I may postpone replacement!

The service provided by the technician, Maged, far exceeded expectations. He was extremely knowledgeable diagnosing the problems with my system and kept me informed with each step. He also provided great insight into potential problems to watch for in the future in order to avoid unnecessary additional repairs. The cost was almost half of what was quoted by ARS, and my system again blows cold air. I'm recommending RES to all my neighbors and friends.

I was unsure they were open given the world is in a pandemic, but got in contact with them and they were still responsive. The job was an annual maintenance for the hvac required by my association. I’ve used their service in the past. The last job repair (Replace cracked Drain pan), held up very well. It was very hard to catch that crack last time, it shows how experienced they are to me. For this job, they performed the annual service as required by my hoa and the process was very smooth. Their service has always been very exceptional, knowledgable, experienced, and professional. They have a very good team, I wouldn’t hesitate to give them another call.
