Residential Express Heating & Air

As usual, the level of service was TOP NOTCH! This is the third time I have used Residential Express Services Heating & AC, and I will continue to use them AND refer others to them based on my overall experience with this company. I had to contact them (all three times) after hours and each time they walked me through some steps (via text) to determine if I could resolve the issue on my own. That ALONE sets them apart from the rest.

They are efficient in both timeliness and affordability and also very informative. Each time, the technician who came out literally walked me through exactly what happened as well as what to look for if I should encounter the same issue in the future (and they also left the old parts so I would know what to get from the HVAC supply store).

David was friendly, professional, and thorough and really made us feel at ease...

The person who helped me was David H. He was knowledgable and answered all my questions and concerns. Straightforward and honest. Great experience.

RES came out the next day to replace my heat pump and completed the service as expected. They also honored their original estimate when they made a mistake and underestimated the cost by $1000 because they only estimated a condenser replacement when I needed a heat pump!

Robert was very professional, informative, and took the time to answer all my questions. I have always had a great experience with this company since I had the system installed.

RES came highly recommended by our neighbor and I followed it up with reading the positive reviews. David was our tech, he diagnosed our problem quickly and was able to explain it in a professional way without making me feel inconfident. We called and had them out the same day and they were able to fix it the next day. He cleaned up after himself and gave a good check-out report. My only complaint while small is after being asked to make sure the gate was closed, it must not have latched completely and our little dog got out. We found RES to be reliable, and fast which was really important to us because we have young kids who get cranky with the heat. We will recommend/use again if needed. Thanks RES team!
