Our 2nd floor heating unit stopped working last night around 10pm. I found RES on yelp and sent a message to them around 10:50pm. Tra from RES responded within 10 minutes and got me schedule in for the next day. The RES tech, Maged, came out the next day, and identified the problem. We needed a part specific to our unit. Maged found it across town and drove out to pick it up. He had everything up and running pretty quickly. Maged was courteous and professional. We'll call RES again if our HVAC needs service or repairs.

This was the best experience I have had with an HVAC company. My heater stopped working on a Saturday (it was not urgent because we have several heating systems in our home). RES responded to my request for a service call within minutes, and sent out a repair person, Maged, early Monday morning. Maged arrived on time, had my system working within 30 minutes, and provided a detailed explanation of the problem and how he fixed it. Then RES gave me a $20 discount that I didn’t even ask for. The whole thing cost less than $100. I will use RES going forward.
