I switched to RES last year based on all of the 5 star reviews . I have had nothing but 5 star experiences. I have worked with Magic for HVAC maintenance and Brice & TJ for Dryer Vent cleaning. Everyone is on time, professional, they go above and beyond, answer any questions and do not force unnecessary work (which a lot of other companies do). Highly recommend for HVAC, Duct/Dryer cleaning as well. Top Notch!

Brice & TJ did a great job cleaning our dryer vent, which was not easy due to how it is routed/configured through the space between our main and basement floors. They were thorough, efficient, and friendly. I would not hesitate to use RES for any vent/duct or HVAC needs in the future.

Over the past year, I have called on RES at least 4 times for HVAC issues across my rental properties. This has included emergency A/C repair (twice) and HVAC maintenance. RES is quite possibly the most diligent, responsive, and professional vendor I have ever used across all of the trades (and I deal with a lot of companies as a landlord). They are unbelievably responsive on Yelp, including same day and next day scheduling. They update me via text, email, and phone when there is service scheduled or there are any other updates (such as a technician is on the way). Finally, the technicians I've dealt with (HUGE shout out to Maged) are knowledgeable, timely, pleasant, and efficient. I've told my wife that RES is too good to be true, but so far, they seem to be the real deal.
