If your looking for a Heating and AC company that will effectively get the job done while providing excellent costumer service look no further! RES was amazing at helping us get our heat back on. Rob and Dave were our wonderful technicians that took the time to explain to the issue, process, and resolution. My husband was not home while the heat was getting fixed but RES went above and beyond to communicate with my husband what was going on and how they fixed it. Would definitely recommend this company to anyone looking for a great Heating and AC company in the Northern Virginia area!

RES is truly God sent and if i could give them 100 stars I would. Our home warranty company had their HVAC contractor come out to diagnose our non working Air conditioner. The company wanted $2500 to fix an evaporator coil and replace the unit with 10 pounds of R22. If you know the history of R22 refrigerant, you know that the price per pound has constantly gone up over the years due to production decreasing significantly. As of 2020 R22 will be obsolete and no longer produced due to it being harmful, etc. With that being said the option was either fix the evaporator coil for a system that would no longer have readily available refrigerant or buy a new AC unit. ‍

Replacing the AC unit is one of those things that you know will eventually come as a home owner, but you definitely dread that day or hope you win lottery. Well it came and I didn't win the lottery per say, but...

Dave and the other young man showed up on time for my HVAC and Furnace inspection. They both made sure I knew what was going on and also spoke in manner that I could understand them and I did not have to be a specialist to get it. I have recommended RES to my friends and family. From professionalism to expertise they are 5s all around. So glad they were referred to me by a friend years ago. Thank you guys for always taking care of my home.
