David arrived in a timely manner, was very professional, and provided some helpful advice on addressing our temperature imbalance from floor to floor. While he couldn’t help us as our problem isn’t with our unit, but our ductwork, he didn’t charge us and we will be using his advice. I’ll be using this company in the future for any unit issues. 5 stars.

Nobody wants to replace their entire HVAC system, but we were so grateful to have found RES to do this work on our home. Their office staff and technicians were responsive, professional, and friendly. We had no trouble scheduling both the initial inspection and the installation, everything happened within a week, and we felt like the pricing was very fair based on what we could tell re: market rate. Robert and Kevin were especially helpful during the install; they not only walked us through the work they did but gave us helpful tips for regular system maintenance. We would absolutely recommend them to neighbors.
