Our AC quit working. I reached out via Yelp and got a reply within minutes. We scheduled the next available appointment, and the technicians called and asked if it was okay if they showed up early. Robert and his associate were 100% the nicest, most professional, and all around best service professionals I’ve ever done business with. They explained everything single thing they planned to do, walked me through it, and answered all of my questions...including the ones that probably should have been self explanatory (I’m a first time home owner). They fixed the issue quickly, and payment was a breeze. I hope I don’t need them anytime again soon, but if I do, I will most definitely use Residential Express Services again.

Our AC was not cooling the house. After another company told us we needed to replace the unit, we called RES for a second opinion about repairing it instead. Tra, the RES technician, did a leak test, found the problem, and carefully explained why it was not repairable. He also recommended a new unit, but he quoted a much lower price than the first company. RES's price for the leak test and its estimate for repair were lower, too. We'll probably buy the new unit from RES. And we'll recommend RES to others.
