The two technicians were punctual, called prior to arriving and were extremely polite. They listened carefully to what had been happening with our air conditioning, explained everything that they were doing in real time and answered all of my questions. They waited to make sure everything was functioning properly for a while before leaving. They wore masks and shoe covers inside my house. My dad, who is really handy and technical, was there and asked them a million questions; they showed him various ways to make our particular unit, which is apparently unusual, operator more efficiently. They were really professional and responsive and seemed to take the time to make sure everything was done properly.
