I had two services completed with RES - an HVAC installation and air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Both crews were efficient and detail oriented while removing and installing a new HVAC unit and cleaning the air ducts. They took the time to explain the new features, cleaning and maintenance, and answer any questions I had! Would recommend RES to anyone looking to remove and install a new HVAC unit, or to conduct routine air duct cleaning!

Brice and TJ did excellent work cleaning the airducts and were detail oriented, and even replaced some of the screws that weren't working well on the registers! As a new homeowner, I had a lot of questions and they were patient and answered all of them!

I have used this service 2 years ago and I really like them. I met 3 difference guys on difference occasion, Robert, Magic and Favian, they are all very nice and knowledgeable with the job, very professional and quick response to the job, before purchasing a new AC I have talked to the Service Manager Tra and he answered all the questions that I need to know. Favian delivered the excellent job today, clean up nicely after job done. I am very please with this company and I would highly recommend them to everyone. You will not disappoint with these guys.

David was amazing! He was on the early side of the arrival window, found the problem quickly, got the parts quickly and had us up and running in no time. He even found the part cheaper than he anticipated. On top of it all, he was very friendly and professional. I will most definitely call RES again!

Great experience! RES was able to get a technician out very quickly to troubleshoot an air conditioning issue. I received a text and call when the technician, Maged, was on the way. He arrived promptly and was able to diagnose the issue right away. He was extremely professional and explained to me exactly what the problem was. Overall an excellent experience. I just signed up for an annual maintenance plan and they credited half of the diagnostic fee towards the maintenance plan cost.

We've been using RES to keep our old HVAC system limping along for as long as we could and they've always been great to work with. Fixing what could be fixed and coming up with work around when it couldn't. Always on time, courteous, knowledgeable and very professional.
The old system finally got to the point it wasn't worth saving so today we had it replaced and as always the guys were great to work with. Did a fantastic job with installation and setting up and showing us how to use the new thermostat.
With covid everything is back ordered so it took a while to get all the pieces in place but they kept us up to date when ever they had news from the manufacturer. We really appreciated that.
Can't recommend them highly enough.
