To say our technician Dave went the extra mile after our AC died due to a power surge during a thunderstorm would be an understatement, he went an extra 10 miles, at least. He called to say that he could arrive earlier than our appointment if that worked for us. When he got here he quickly got to work and made an initial diagnosis and made arrangements to get the part himself and return to install it the next day. When it turned out the issue was more extensive, he was able to expedite shipment of the additional parts and again showed up earlier than expected. Long story short, he got our AC repaired much quicker than expected, and his courteous, friendly, and professional demeanor made a difficult situation bearable. We'll definitely recommend and use RES Heating & AC Services going forward.

I had two services completed with RES - an HVAC installation and air duct and dryer vent cleaning. Both crews were efficient and detail oriented while removing and installing a new HVAC unit and cleaning the air ducts. They took the time to explain the new features, cleaning and maintenance, and answer any questions I had! Would recommend RES to anyone looking to remove and install a new HVAC unit, or to conduct routine air duct cleaning!

Brice and TJ did excellent work cleaning the airducts and were detail oriented, and even replaced some of the screws that weren't working well on the registers! As a new homeowner, I had a lot of questions and they were patient and answered all of them!
