Will did a great job diagnosing the issue quickly and upon returning to the house with the new part, had the heat up and running again in 30 minutes. Company responsiveness was much appreciated.

I had an excellent experience with Residential Express! My furnace stopped working, and FH Furr initially came out for a diagnostic. They quoted me around $1,000 to replace the gas valve and even tried to convince me to replace the entire furnace due to its age.

Before committing, I decided to reach out to Residential Express, and I’m so glad I did. They got back to me quickly and scheduled an appointment right away. Santo, the technician, was incredibly thorough during the diagnostic, clearly explained everything, and even went out of his way to pick up the needed part that was 30 minutes away. The total cost ended up being under $500, which is a huge difference from the first quote.

Santo also told me that my furnace still has plenty of life left as long as I keep up with maintenance, a level of honesty and professionalism that’s hard to come by these days....
