The experience was great, I had the guys out to replace my secondary drain pan and a month later I had an issue with the line overflowing. They came back and figured out it was due to the setup and recleaned the whole system and adjusted the tube leading into the system into my condo.

Being on the top floor of a multi level building isn’t great, but I can’t express how great it was to have it all taken care of by RES. They were honest and tried to help me, someone who likes to DIY, get this figured out.

Maged was very informative and helpful. He was prompt, notified us ahead of time with arrival estimates and talked us through options. Very professional and great experience. Scheduling was also super easy and responsive!

Attentive to details, very helpful. had an attitude of "What can I do to be sure your system is in good shape?:" rather than "What is the minimum I can do to say I was here?" Really left a good impression.

UPDATE: Maged came to install a second new thermostat and he's just wonderful. I asked him look at our ducts and dampers to get his assessment of how best to manage our air flow and he went above and beyond to help.

I was very pleased with the service especially with the technician (Maged). He arrived promptly, worked steadily and double checked to assure everything was working properly. Mated was extremely knowledgeable and patient in explaining maintenance requirements necessary to help the HVAC system perform efficiently. Although this was his first time inspecting my unit, I was impressed that Maged noted and communicated issues that had occurred with the system in the past.
