RES provides awesome service. Their reps come on time, they know what they are doing for repair and maintenance and they are so courteous and professional. The repair they did on my A/C (part failed from the original install by my home developer service company) has worked fine without any problems. RES is my go-to HVAC maintenance company.

This is the 3rd time I've used RES in the past 4 years or so. They have always been very responsive, helpful, attentive, and personable. After replacing the past 4 years or so, they've replaced the AC capacitor and the AC fan motor. This time, my AC died again. It's 20-21 years old and I did not want to put another band-aid on it, if that was even possible. My AC died on Sunday, 5 Sep 21. I sent them a message on Yelp and they, as usual, promptly responded. I was surprised that they were working on Labor Day. David came out on Labor to take measurements and look at everything and I had a quote emailed for a couple of different options in about two hours.
