RES came to the rescue after months of a nightmare trying to get my HVAC system replaced through supply chain shortages. Everything about the process was excellent. They were able to give me a quote within hours just via e-mail and pictures. I know its been tough with the pandemic and prices surging, but I feel like other contractors took advantage of this and were quoting me astronomical prices. Not RES, they gave me a very reasonable quote for the job. They came out a couple days later and installed the system quickly and efficiently. The guys that came out were on time, extremely professional, and their work was top quality. They spent the time to walk me through what they did, how to care for the unit, and even ran out to get me extra filters for the unit so I'd be set for two years. I can't express how happy I am with the unit and service. I will be using RES for anything HVAC...

The experience was great, I had the guys out to replace my secondary drain pan and a month later I had an issue with the line overflowing. They came back and figured out it was due to the setup and recleaned the whole system and adjusted the tube leading into the system into my condo.

Being on the top floor of a multi level building isn’t great, but I can’t express how great it was to have it all taken care of by RES. They were honest and tried to help me, someone who likes to DIY, get this figured out.
