Residential Express Heating & Air

We are new homeowners and this is our first full winter in our home. The person that came to perform the service (Maged F) was super helpful in explaining the ins and outs of our system, issues to be aware of through the season, and explained how to use certain parts that I didnt even know were there! We’ve had other people from RES come to clean our ducts as well, and they were awesome too. Really appreciate the honest service we’ve received from RES so far.

Excellent experience from beginning to end. Very professional and did exactly what they said they would do at exactly the time they said they would do it. Dave, who came out to look at our system, was very thorough and informative. He told me everything I needed to know to make the decision, providing several different options and letting me know the differences between each. He was also friendly and laid back- no high pressure sales pitch which was much appreciated. Rob and Kevin, who installed our new furnace and A/C system, were on time, polite and were very careful in protecting our property while removing the old equipment and installing the new system. At the end of a very long day for them, they stuck around to make sure we were comfortable in knowing how to operate the heat and A/C, even helping us set up our phones to be able to operate the system remotely! We had 2 appts with RES. The first was air duct cleaning...not only did Brice & TJ do a fantastic job cleaning our air ducts & vents, but showed us what they did & explained the process clearly. Our bunny, Darth Vader, also really liked them! The AC was flowing much more efficiently due to the ducts being cleaned & our house cooled faster than before. Then we had David stop by for maint checkup & tune up. He let us know that everything was looking good, possible future issues, and basic maintenance. All 3 were super professional and knowledgeable. We are very happy to have chosen RES.

Reasonable price, professional and good work ethic: a lot of people dont do the job right and just want to get money out of consumers pockets. These days its hard and easy, as internet evolves, you do good work, good word of mouth go further and faster, same when you did a poor job. But im glad this is a ethical business so far that i found for my heating system needs.. strongly recommend Tra and Maged, they both know what they are doing and talking.

Efficient, on-time,. and competent

The RES serviceman arrived within the time window we scheduled, he texted me about 30 minutes prior to his timely arrival at my home. He was prompt, courteous, thorough, careful with his equipment and ladder, and discussed his tasks and observations after the maintenance visit. Fortunately, no issues and I am VERY pleased! Thanks!

Bryce and TJ came out from RES to clean our ducts before our system install. They were very professional and right on time. They did a great job and man were our vents dirty. They cleaned up afterwards and left everything as it was. If you need your ducts cleaned and are looking for a great job with great service don't hesitate with RES. Thank You RES !!
