They were fair with providing a solution that I needed and not one forced on me. Even when a part failed. They drove 3 hrs round trip to go get the part on the same day. That’s commitment. They explained all the steps taken. They put drop cloths and were careful to wear booties yo protest our carpet. I called 4 places and they were the best value.

Quick response to problem and fast, proper diagnosis and fix.

Used them twice - fixed my AC for half the other quoted price 3 years ago and still working great, and the second time they fixed the problem during the diagnostic visit.

Favian with Residential Express Heating and Air successfully installed an April Aire humidifier on our HVAC system. Due to the tight quarters he had to move some pipes around, and get a custom built metal vent for the unit. He made the extra effort to go out and get it fabricated immediately to ensure he could complete the job in the same day. It was a cold day, down in the teens with snow on the ground, and Favian braved the weather to ensure the system was working properly. He did an excellent job. We will use Residential Express Heating and Aire for our next project.

First, I should mention that I almost never write reviews – but I was motivated enough to do it this time because I had such a great experience! I spent a lot of time lot of research before deciding to have RES install a new furnace, AC, and water heater in my townhouse, and I have no regrets about entrusting them with the job!

Honestly, I had never heard of RES a few days ago, but I was very impressed by my interactions with them. Tra, the company founder, quickly responded to every email and patiently answered all my questions. He presented several reasonable options and explained the pros and cons. And his prices were more than fair. To give you some idea, another big-name company quoted me a price that was 50% higher for the same well-regarded equipment Tra was offering (Carrier for HVAC, State for the water heater).
