As a first time home buyer, I went into this process with no idea what I was doing. Thankfully I had someone on my team who did. Mrs. Perez was on top of any question as had. This process isn’t an easy one but she makes it look so. She is a “go getter”! As a client, I highly recommend her for any serious home buyers.
