Relax Rentals of Hilton Head

Great location to the beach. Really nice pool. The landscaping was really lush. Close parking to the condo. Relax rental was really easy to work with and were very responsive.

Our Relax Rentals experience was excellent. We very much enjoyed the ease of receiving text messages before & during our stay. The welcome text with all the information was great. The property was very comfortable & in a convenient location.

We were told a few times that we would be contacted as soon as the house was ready for us to occupy but never received a text. When we arrived at the house there were a few issues with the house that needed addressing. When I texted Relax Rentals, I was told these would be addressed quickly, but when things weren't resolved in a timely manner and I reached back out, I would start the process over with a new person who wasn't aware of the issue.
On arriving at the house it was clear that the hot tub was not working, and only after 2 days of discussing with Relax Rentals we were told that this was a known issue (prior to our rental week) that could not be fixed while we were there, despite us paying the extra fee to heat the hot tub (however Relax did quickly refund us for this).

We had very good communication with Relax Rentals. They sent small texts about things like check-in/out procedures and links to local services/activities as well as emails with more details.
We shared a few concerns about small issues (think leaky faucet - nothing major) and they offered to have a service man out the next day.
It felt almost like having a concierge service. I will definitely use them again!

28 Surf Scoter is our favorite family get away. I only hesitate to write a rave review because I dont want the house to get so booked up we don't get to stay there! It is the perfect level of finish, pretty, bright, updated...but you aren't worried about sitting on the sofa or enjoying the porch with the kids. It's really close to the beach, easy bike ride to tennis, and a quiet, family friendly neighborhood. Kitchen is well stocked. Beds are comfortable. We love this house.
