Relax Rentals of HIlton Head has been very easy and responsive to deal with when renting through them. Any issues are procesesd quickly and resolution takes place in short order. We absolutely loved our stay at 18 Stoney Creek. The house was great for our needs and came well equipped. The location was awesome! We were able to easily walk over to the shops at Harbour Town and the lighthouse. While there, we had a little problem with the coffee maker, but Relax Rentals was super responsive and delivered us a new one expediently. We had the pool heated for our stay (in March) and the pool was around 85 degrees, which was far warmer than the weather. Overall, it was an awesome experience and everyone was sad to leave! This is a very nice 4th floor unit, with the interior completely updated. Everything was comfortable, worked well, and met our needs. We stayed for a month and enjoyed the view from the balcony, the fully equipped kitchen, the quiet bedrooms, and a nice shower in the master bath. Read more >

My experiences were good, but have comments and suggestions. I stayed in the same unit last year.
1. Could not access live TV on arrival. Relax Rentals sent Nancy the next day and got it working, but when following Nancy’s instructions the next day, could not change the channels.
2. Unit 1691 in Bluff Villas needs a new shower head. Spray is too weak.
3. Shower needs a “grab bar” on the side of the shower. Almost fell in shower when shower floor was slippery from soap! At lest, a non-shippable shower mat should be available for use.
4. After 4 days there, noticed the door to the patio was not completely shut. Was open about 3 inches. Also, the screen door to the patio was stuck and could not go out on the patio.
5. Nancy had to bring laundry soap. No pods were supplied as they said there would be available.

We have been to three VRBO's and this was by far the best -- sets the standards for all others. The property manager was incredibly responsive, organized and kind. You could tell she enjoyed her job and made you feel welcome. The checkin process was very organized and easy. The property was clean and stocked as promised. We had a few minor questions and these were addressed promptly. The property and surrounding bungalows were clean and quiet. Loved all the information about the area and points of interest -- very helpful to enjoy the time spent in Hilton Head. I just want to reiterate how awesome the property manager was.
