22 Audubon Pond was absolutely gorgeous for my husband and I with our two teenage sons. One of our best rentals yet. We definitely love the south beach part of Sea Pines. Very easy to work with Relax rentals & Sheri was awesome! Nice bike rental discount for the week as well. Beach access of Sprunt road (spelling may be off, was our go to beach not as crowded & easy to walk to while pulling a wagon or riding bikes too). We biked to Salty dog a couple times, Harbor town (definitely more crowded mid way up heading towards HT on the bike path), cruise to Savannah for the day and back on Vegabond cruises (also took a trolley tour, it was a glad I did it, but won’t ever vacation in Savannah, my boys are like what we will remember from the trolley was watching the Trolley a head of us (different trolley company) badly clip the front end of a car because he didn’t want to wait for... This was our third stay at 18 Lighthouse Road, 479 Plantation Club Villas. My dog and I once again had the best vacation due to this perfectly equipped villa. Relax Rentals has thought through every detail, providing a stress-free check-in, stay, and check-out. This property is nicely decorated and comfortably furnished. The pool towels are a nice extra. The kitchen does not lack for any appliance, dish, or utensil you might need. The unit was clean, spacious, and quiet, with a nice golf-course view.

The beach is a quick 10-minute walk away. The community pools are nice with a good mixture of sun and shade.

We had a wonderful stay! The 2-storey is all updated, super clean and well furnished. The starter kit was generous and enough for our stay, and there was plenty of towels + beach towels. It's super closed to the beach! I had to modify twice my reservation and the process has been smooth and easy. The only reason I don't give 5 stars is that we had a problem with the water heater, but the rental company was really responsive and the problem has been fixed quickly. We would go back! Great, updated place to stay in a good location. Furnishings were really fresh and tasteful with a great use of space. They’ve thought of lots of the details like plenty of hooks, and pull out chair/sofa beds to sleep more people. 10 minute walk to the beach and a 3-4 minute walk to the pool. Relax rentals is very organized and was easy to work with. Things were labeled well inside the house from light switches to TV instructions. We appreciated having Roku to stream our apps as well as a DVD player with some movies available. A light needed replacing when we arrived and they were there to do it the next day. We have rented many vacation homes over the years and this one was "by far" the best equipped. Plenty of cookware, dishes , serving dishes, linens, etc. The backyard was private and pool was used a lot! Communication with the Host was easy and our questions were answered quickly. Read more >
