Great communication via text throughout our trip. We much appreciated the wagon, beach umbrella and chair that was provided at the condo. The condo was clean and there was a small supply of essentials provided. The grandkids loved the pool community pool. Will definitely rent again.

We had many problems the entire week. 11 Willow Oak Road
1. We ordered a crib and the company could not get in touch with Relax Rental the entire weekend. Phone would ring and ring.
2. The pool guy was there 3 days of our vacation and the property manager didn’t know anything about it.
3. The property is not great for children. The Trolley is very difficult with little children and babies. Carrying the children and beach things is next to impossible. One day in the pool, all the children and adults were in, a golf ball from the course slammed into the pool. It almost hit the kids. The force of that ball was severe. No signs around the pool warning of this.
4. The shower was broken in the bathroom, they did send plumber out to fix.
5. When entering the property, the driveway has area to the right that looks like a dirt parking spot. One of the...

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in HHI! The condo was beautifully decorated and very clean. The kitchen was well stocked and had everything needed for making meals. We loved that we could walk or bike ride from the condo to do many places. The staff at Relax Rentals were very quick to respond whenever we had questions and helped accommodate us on a few special requests. We hope to visit again!
