Relax Rentals of Hilton Head

We have been to three VRBO's and this was by far the best -- sets the standards for all others. The property manager was incredibly responsive, organized and kind. You could tell she enjoyed her job and made you feel welcome. The checkin process was very organized and easy. The property was clean and stocked as promised. We had a few minor questions and these were addressed promptly. The property and surrounding bungalows were clean and quiet. Loved all the information about the area and points of interest -- very helpful to enjoy the time spent in Hilton Head. I just want to reiterate how awesome the property manager was. We very much enjoyed working with her and her positive attitude. She was a pleasure to work with.

We thoroughly enjoyed our almost 4 week stay. Our villa was clean, well stocked, comfortable and in a great location.

We had only one issue - a missing TV remote control which was immediately corrected.

This home was very nice - great decor, great location, very clean.

Our unit was in an excellent location and there were many dining and shopping opportunities nearby. The unit was clean and included the basics although it was a minimalist approach to furnishings with limited lighting. The extras that came with the rental were a bonus and we will certainly explore this option when we return to Hilton Head.

We paid $10k total with fees for 5 days at this rental property in Hilton Head (36 Bradley Cir) through this property management company.

The cleanliness of this property was subpar. It appeared the only thing that was done before we arrived was garbage disposal; and new bedding and towels added.

1-The furniture covering in the living room has stains on the couches and chairs.
2-All bathrooms-Dust all over light fixtures and top of mirrors.
3-Carpeting throughout the entire house-all floors-stains. You don’t want to walk bare foot on the carpet, it’s disgusting.
4-Air Vents- Dust all over- filters have not been changed (don’t believe ever). I opened one to look at the filter and almost threw up- I took pictures and sent them to the property manager.
At least one person staying in the house is allergic to dust and asthmatic. This...

Heritage villa 2228 was enjoyed by our family this past June. The villa was freshly painted and very clean. The kitchen was very well equipped which made it easy to prepare meals. The location is fabulous! It is close enough to walk to five or six restaurants including Harbor Town. Bike rentals are close by also. Our family actually spends most of our week riding bikes on the paved trails. Great week was had by all!!

My wife and I stayed for a month and are really pleased with stayed in this specific unit and Relax Rentals. Relax Rentals is extremely service oriented. Erica who helped us make the reservations and received us when we got to the office is nothing but fantastic, professional and a pleasure to interact with. While we were at the unit there were a couple of technical glitches and upon our communications all responses and resolutions occurred within 24 hours or less. Johnny was professional and tried to do things as quickly as possible.
The kitchen for us being well equipped so that we can cook and eat in as we like to make our food from scratch was fantastic. When we will be returning Relax Rentals will be our first call.

Very nice 2BR unit in a great location within walking distance of Harbor Town. Updated one level unit with larger than normal rooms on the 11th green of Herron Golf Course. Large patio to enjoy the view with an outdoor grill available. Single level end unit with much privacy.
