Can’t say enough about this phenomenal company. From the beginning when Michael accessed our chimney damage, and then submitted a detailed understandable bid for stucco remediation all the way through to completion we knew our job was being handled expertly. The daily work force was punctual, polite and diligent to work all day. They were extremely careful to protect windows and siding from possible damage and at day’s end they were mindful to keep the worksite and our front yard picked up. Even when we unexpectedly added an additional job to a second chimney they extended their timeline and did a fabulous job for us. Their warranty on their work is twice as long as previous quotes we received and is also transferrable once. Nice perk. Both chimneys look amazing and we will definitely use Reaction Exteriors again in the Spring for some additional exterior work.

Reaction Exteriors did a wonderful job for a real estate client of mine in Delaware County. All stucco was removed and replaced with cement fiber-board siding. The Reaction Exteriors team removed and replaced every window to ensure that no wet or rotting wood remained. The crew was professional and polite. Reaction Exteriors exceeded our expectations! They did a complete makeover of our home; stucco remediation, new hardy plank siding, new roof and gutters and downspouts. Steve/Marcos and crew were fantastic in our home renovation. Both kept us up to date daily with progress, any issues, and schedule and were always available for questions. The craftsmanship of the crew was amazing, along with the daily cleanup of the site, and the general courteousness of the crew which all learned our kids names. During the project, we had two large birthday parties with the workers went above and beyond to make sure the house was cleaned up and presentable for the guests. Highly recommend!
