Reaction Exteriors did a great job on our exterior renovation (stucco repair and painting, new siding, redo of front porch, etc.). They were courteous and flexible with changes Ali g the way, and they worked full days. They cleaned up each day. They could have protected our garden a bit better, but all in all we are very satisfied.

Reaction Exteriors did such a beautiful job on our front patio and walkway. They were thorough and left everything spotless. Totally recommend them for any job you have.

We did a new roof, new windows, and new siding on our house. Reaction Exteriors was great from start to finish. Everyone on their team, from the roofers to the painters to the electricians, we’re top notch and friendly. We now have the best looking house on the block. Outstanding from start to finish!

My wife purchased a house right at the heart of the Coronovirus pandemic in early summer 2020. We did a stucco inspection and found multiple places where the stucco was failing most likely due to improper window replacement. The water damage was so bad that the interior drywall was wet in multiple spots. We decided to replace the stucco with Hardie concrete siding, replace all gutters and add a front porch. we contacted at least 5 stucco repair companies. The bids were a pain in the butt, most contracts kept using the words "as needed" for items such as insulation, sheathing, flashing and caulking. In my long experience "as needed" means "you ain't getting it"! Reaction Exteriors had the most detailed contract. Steve and his crew did an excellent job in remediating our stone veneer moisture issue. They removed the existing stone, repaired the damaged areas and replaced and matched the original stone veneer perfectly. The crew was professional, hard working and kept our property clean during the remediation process. Steve's pricing was very fair and he was always responsive to our questions and concerns.
