We did a new roof, new windows, and new siding on our house. Reaction Exteriors was great from start to finish. Everyone on their team, from the roofers to the painters to the electricians, we’re top notch and friendly. We now have the best looking house on the block. We would recommend Reaction Exteriors to anyone and everyone updating the look of their house!

Outstanding from start to finish!

My wife purchased a house right at the heart of the Coronovirus pandemic in early summer 2020. We did a stucco inspection and found multiple places where the stucco was failing most likely due to improper window replacement. The water damage was so bad that the interior drywall was wet in multiple spots. We decided to replace the stucco with Hardie concrete siding, replace all gutters and add a front porch. we contacted at least 5 stucco repair companies. The bids were a pain in the butt, most contracts kept using the words "as needed" for items such as insulation, sheathing, flashing and caulking. In my long experience "as needed" means "you ain't getting it"! Reaction Exteriors had the most detailed contract. Steve and his crew did an excellent job in remediating our stone veneer moisture issue. They removed the existing stone, repaired the damaged areas and replaced and matched the original stone veneer perfectly. The crew was professional, hard working and kept our property clean during the remediation process. Steve's pricing was very fair and he was always responsive to our questions and concerns. Reaction Exteriors,(RE), really helped me out of a jam. I went to my kitchen one morning during a heavy rain storm and noticed water dripping from the top of the window. I was able to trace the leak to my attic roof. RE came out within 2 hours and temporally repaired and stopped the leak while it was still raining heavily. Within a week period, it would of probably would have been sooner if not for the lousy weather, RE was able to remove and replace my old roof for a fair price.

Very professional company and workers..they did excellent work putting on new hardie board on the front of my house! They completed the work fast. I will definitely be using them again for all exterior work! Very trustworthy!
