We have been beyond happy for the work of Steve and Reaction Exteriors in the complete remediation of both our exterior and the interior of our home in Malvern! Reaction’s expertise in exterior work was reflected in the stunning transformation of our property, including the use of three different exterior features integrated in a manner that conformed with the requirements of our HOA (Stone, James Hardie Plank, and Stucco).

Reaction Exteriors is an excellent company to hire, and if you're considering them for a job, it would be a mistake to not pick them. We had a lot of stucco remediation for our home that we purchased this spring that needed to be done. We also replaced the windows, soffit, gutters, and fascia around our house. From the very beginning, Steve and Gary were very detail oriented and answered every single question my wife and I had. They presented us with different quotes, explained the breakdown of the cost, and adjusted it as needed.

More importantly, when the work began, Steve Jr. (our project manager) stayed in constant communication with my wife and I. Gary was still present throughout the entire process of construction as well. I hired Reaction Exteriors to remove stucco and install Hardie siding on the exterior of my residence. RE’s Operations Manager David Harvey skillfully quarterbacked the project from start to finish. David continuously kept me informed, always provided a timely response, and was the key reason for a great experience. RE is a dynamic company with disciplined trade teams who perform on time and on budget. I plan to hire RE for other projects in the future.

Steve and his crew did an amazing job converting our home from Stucco to Hardie plank. In addition, they installed new roof shingles and constructed new front porch.
