If I could I would not leave a star at all .I haven't been in the agreement for a week yet and these people are putting for sale signs up on my property and they haven't even purchased it yet. these people are trying to sell my property to pay me. Bad business do not use and if you do use them read your agreement and get a lawyer. When I reached out to Matt his response was "Well you want a earlier close date don't you? and to call Daisey because she handles that." I have been trying to call all day to cancel the agreement but they are giving me the run around. I did not agree to let you sell my property before you purchase I could have hired a real estate agent for that.

Do not use these guys ever!!!!! Make promises and will not keep them. Worst company i have ever dealt with. Closing of the property came and went and the didnt even notify. 10 months of waiting for them to do nothing. Warning Warning Warning.

Now the lying comes in. Talked 5-6 times on phone, closing date written right on signed agreement paperwork, this came and went without any response from Q9. Land is valued at 5 times their offer price, check county records. Wasted 10 months of my time.
It’s because no due diligence was done, just 10 months of lies saying they are still working on it. Stay away from this group. This has also be reported to BBB and multiple other social media sites

Beware of potential wasted time or money.

I was reached out to by Q9 with a written offer in the mail. When I contacted them about their offer, they explained how they never planned to actually pay that amount for the land I was selling. After a full day of negotiation (I was talked down thousands) we verbally agreed on a sale price they were comfortable with and I e-signed a contract they provided.

I checked in 1-2 times per week on any details they could provide about closing. I imagined that closing could take anywhere from 30-60 even 90 days but I was consistently communicated to: this takes a bit of time, no worries, we’ll get you a close date soon.

3 weeks later, I receive a text from an unknown number representing their office regretfully informing me they are backing out.

First off - we had a deal and a signed contract.

We sold property to this company. After 18 months of dealing with different issues regarding mineral rights, we finally closed. Q9 was patient in dealing with these issues. We would recommend them.
