Schedule what they call is a photo session, which is an inconvenience for your tenants, receive said photos, come back to you and want a reduction in price. You want to sell, so you agree to the reduction in price. They send a new contract with language in this contract that is not inside the original agreement stating they can terminate the contract at any time for any reason. You sign the contract in good faith, then a week later they come back to you wanting another $5,000 reduction in the SECOND agreed upon purchase price. Keep in mind, nothing changed between the first reduction in price and the second.
