Thanks to Q9 and Junvie I just successfully closed on a property with 2 homes. Junvie stayed in contact with me through the whole process. Apparently she took the brunt of everything because all I had to do was provide access to the property and the homes and show up for closing. Q9 got us the asking price. I would highly recommend Q9. Such a pleasure working with them.

We purchased our property from "Q9 Solutions" in June of 2022 and we are still waiting on our tittle insurance claim to go through and establish us legal access.

The purchasing of the land went well and initially their customer service was great. Unfortunately, after the access issue arose that all changed.

I was told I was wrong, legal access existed and that the County Building Department didn't know what they were talking about. Turn the page, we discovered "Q9" knew the issue existed months prior and failed to disclose this to us. We were actually reassured, by their agent, that the easement was valid and the road came with the property.

Fortunately, we have great tittle insurance and it should be resolved by that team in due time. In the meantime we are homeless and racking up serious expenses all because we were sold a...

Recently sold a piece I'd ptoperty.the staff was nice and courtesy the only draw back process took 4 months. They wanted to take pictures several time which in my world conduct several appraisal.nit sure why. That is the only draw back .pack your patience. The only thing that was perfect was the closing. In and out less than an hour if only the entire transaction could have been that seamless. The would have been a 10

Do not use this company. The initially overbid you property. Schedule what they call is a photo session, which is an inconvenience for your tenants, receive said photos, come back to you and want a reduction in price. You want to sell, so you agree to the reduction in price. They send a new contract with language in this contract that is not inside the original agreement stating they can terminate the contract at any time for any reason. You sign the contract in good faith, then a week later they come back to you wanting another $5,000 reduction in the SECOND agreed upon purchase price. Keep in mind, nothing changed between the first reduction in price and the second. Nobody inspected the home, came in the home, did anything regarding the home between the SECOND price reduction and their attempt at a third. Their motive is to continue this process until you accept much less than you...

By the fact they chose to send me a letter to buy my house, I am giving them a poor rating. I have had a few properties and a rental house and if I wanted to sell, I would seek out a reputable company. Not deal with some husband and wife couple that gets addresses from the county assessors office and throws a vacation at me. Needless to say, I will not ever do business with this company and really wish they would leave me alone - they are wasting paper.

Also, I noticed lots of folks that tried to do business with them and felt scammed after they changed their mind.
And, the Q9 hasn’t even commented.

Beware of this company they called me 5 times a day to purchase my property and stated they can close within 15 days once I sign the contract all that changed, the contract was 45 business days before closing , and no called or answered any of my questions. Learned on the link where you sign the documents they canceled my contract without informing me.. so watch these guy they are crooks.. THIS COMPANY IS A SCAM

I highly recommend Q9 Property Solutions LLC not only because they are cost effective, but because they also know what they are doing and have the experience and talent to back it up. The company is very respectful of the contractors and treats everyone like family. If you give them a chance and even just have a conversation with Q9 Property team I don't think you'd be satisfied with using any other company!

Just closed on our house with Q9 Property Solutions. Easiest real estate deal I ever did. We signed a contract on their initial offer of an as-is sale and it truly was. Never any discussion of a lesser price after their due diligence and the deal went down exactly as initially agreed. Very nice people to deal with and up-front about everything. Highly recommended if you are thinking of an easy way to sell your property without fixing it up and having to pay real estate commissions.

Don’t believe what they offer you in the mail. I received an offer from this company to buy my land and I accepted it via email. I called them to follow up and the guy told me in a nervous tone that their offer was a mistake and they aren’t buying in the state that am selling my land. The guy at Q9 land said they rescind their offer and they aren’t interested in purchasing my land. Very misleading and not reputable. BBB certified…? I would definitely say NOT!
