Excellent experience with PDS. From my first encounter with Rene to get the estimate, to completion of the pipe relining job, I was impressed every step of the way.
Rene followed up and once I told him it was a go we scheduled the job. PDS was able to schedule a crew so it took 1 day instead of 2.
All of the crewmen members were friendly and took time to explain the process as they did the job. Shout out to Fernando and Kyle. Even the clean up of the disturbed dirt was expertly done.
Their pricing was fair(trust me I shopped around) and their work excellent.
I strongly recommend PDS.

My technician, Kyle, was great
He was an excellent communicator. He explained the problem and solution. He also fixed the issue quickly.

Carlos was awesome! Would give 10 stars if I could. Not only did he solve our rusted valve problem, but he took the extra steps to replace our new fridge's plastic line with a stainless steel one--saving us any breakdown issues in the future. All taken care of within an hour, too!
