Marcelino was great! Came out super fast, diagnosed our hot water heater problem, and fixed it same day! Very courteous, friendly, and knowledgeable!

Cody and Andrew were very careful and professional doing my new AC installation especially at 95’ in the attic probably 105 these guys were very professional very kind and very honest I would use them again anytime I can and I recommend them greatly. Marcus is a really nice man also and I’m thankful The owners are USA veterans. Even though price was big the work was substantially warranted a big price tag. Imagine the price us veterans have endured. Pls pray for all veterans as you don’t know what they went through!

Carlos J was amazing! PDS got back to me quickly and arrived the next day. Technician took the extra time to educate me on how the system worked and kept me informed as they analyzed what the issue was. He provided estimates and fixed my A/C that day. I really appreciated the customer support and professionalism.

Had PDS Plumbing & Air out to work on my off brand mini split system at one of my rentals. The tech, Paul, was very friendly and helpful. He suggested a thorough cleaning of the outside and inside coils. Having some automotive A/C experience, I was skeptical that a cleaning would solve the problem. I also thought "cleaning" would only take a few minutes, so I was reluctant to pay much for that. Paul had to disassemble the housing of the outside unit, and remove a ton of dirt and detritus, washing it all down, which took ~45 minutes, way more work than I thought it would be. Also way more dirt was in there than I imagined. After that he cleaned the coils in the inside unit, and cleaned out the evaporator drain. There was a ton of water in the unit, the drain was plugged. When he was finished, he had it working like it was brand new. Well worth the cost. Probably would...
