I requested analysis of my toilet as to why they were leaking. I thought that I might have to replace othe existing toilets versus repairing them.. however I didn’t receive an analysis of the problem. Instead, I was given a quote for replacement of three toilets at a very expensive price, not including the purchase of the toilet.. as a result, I replaced three flappers which solve the problem at a cost of $40 dollars. Versus PDS Plumbing estimate of $2400, not including the cost of each toilet at $250 each. In addition, I was told that the modern shut off valve, which is a push Pull fixture would have to be replaced because it was only temporary. I found out that this is part of the industry equipment that’s installed and it’s not necessary to replace it . If it’s broken, there are replacement kits For the fixture. So I was disappointed at the results of PDS estimate.
