Our main sewer line broke and needed to be completely replaced, we realized something was wrong when the foul smell hit us. We got two estimates, one from Roto-Rooter and the other from PDS. They both said it was our main sewer line needed to be replaced.

We went with PDS for 2 reasons.
They have this very useful camera system that shows you the inspection in live video directly on your phone. We got to see exactly what was wrong with the sewer line. The technician (Ask for Freddy) was really good at explaining what was wrong and what our best options to fix it were. Roto-Rooter ran their camera without us knowing and told us when they were done we needed to this one thing and it needed to be done that day.

Roto-Rooter quoted us $9,800.
PDS quoted us $5,228.

I needed my new washer and dryer hooked, they don't tell you when you buy it you might need all new plumbing, jerks. I needed everything new and PDS gave the 2 lost bid out of 4, but they gave me the most confidence and trust in them. They emailed copies of their insurance and licenses, and work guaranty. I scheduled the work right away after the lowest bid said they could not provide a copy because of privacy laws. I laughed and called PDS. They did all the work in 4 hours with 3 professional guys, they worked really hard and cleaned better than I ever have.

Recently had my water heater go out on the weekend. I called 5 other plumbing companies and their prices were outrageous. I contacted pro plumbing and their services was outstanding, they got my water heater up and running and even though my heater is old they were able to fix it they didn't just push me to getting a new one. Also it was great knowing that a fellow brother in arm a military veteran like my self assited me with this problem. Definitely will call pro plumbing for any of my plumbing problems.

Free estimate was done the same day, good professional work. Will definitely call again.
