Booked a plumbing service appointment in which technician was able to get out to my parent's property same day! I appreciate the thorough communication from the office assistant Vannesa as she made sure to be very attentive and clear regarding the plumbing project. PDS conducted a same day install with their guys Alfonso and David and they made sure to be courteous, respectful, and most importantly caring! Love PDS thanks for the hard work everyone!

I called your company cause I had a clog in my master bathroom tub. Caitlyn answered. She was courteous and professional. Francisco Perez arrived in a timely manner and put on his shoes to protect my carpet. He brought all his tools with him. He assessed the clog, quoted me the price, and called the company for confirmation. He cleared the clog in a timely manner and cleaned up after himself. He was friendly and got the job done. When looking for a vendor, I want someone I can trust to get the job done quickly and at a fair cost. I came across PDS Plumbing & Air when searching for help with a leak in our AC duct. They responded right away, provided a clear recommendation, and quoted a fair price. That same day, they fixed the issue!

Later, when another unit in our building stopped working, I called David, our technician. Once again, he responded the same day to diagnose the problem. David always takes the time to explain the issue, provide pictures (since our units are on the roof), walk me through the quotes, and offer expert advice.
