Easy to schedule, excellent communication regarding timing and exactly who would be coming to do the work. Plus, the men did a great job on our windows! We will definitely ask them to clean our windows again in the future.

As usual, representatives were professional and friendly. The results of their efforts looked very good. Unfortunately they used blue painters tape to seal off the outdoor outlets before they washed the siding of the house. After the fact it was observed that there was a gap between one outlet and the house. When water hit it, a short and a blackened box resulted. Management was informed and they immediately said they would cover cost of replacement. I have not followed up.

Miles and Jai did a great job soft washing our home. It looks so much better! They also put up a weathervane for us, which was a huge help.

Ben and Randy were prompt, thorough, responsive to our requests and questions, and professional in doing the work. They completed the entire job: washing the roof, gutters, siding, decks, deck furniture, windows, front walk; and installed Raindrop Gutters in one day. Job well done.

The work gives the team Gold Stars- however the Damage & Death they did to my plants gets then Zero stars. I couldn’t be happier on the quality of there work to my building & concert. Even after speaking with one of the members over my concern for my plants, they ended up killing most of my flower bed. Even lantana look tried up and burnt. Even w the heat I had wonderful elephant ears, ferns & marigold. That is until Precision washing mixed with the sun burned them.The couple that were in pots are fine so I know “ it just didn’t happen “! Other flowers ended up the same way all across the complex. So I guess to have a clean outside I have to have dead plants.. it was Sedgefield Apartment Complex

Great experience all the way through! I will definitely use them again, and would refer to a friend. House looked great when they finished up for sure.
