PIF Lending

WOW! Is really a lot to say in my case. PIF was Awesome, the whole TEAM. They say teamwork makes the dream work. This was my second loan funding with Andrew Leavitt in second State. But, what’s most impressive for me is the fact that we’re in some tuff times banking and loan days today. Interest rates and underwriting is a nightmare todays economy. Andrew handled my loan in such a way that others wouldn’t have known how to get it cross the finish line. I have Top Tear Credit, plenty of cash and been on my job for 20 years, however being self employed and explaining my income and sourcing is very difficult and underwriters don’t understand. The interest rates PIF offers are unbelievably low and they close loans just as quickly as Jimmy Johns makes sandwiches ; ) They saved me hundreds of dollars on my personal monthly mortgage payment. I know they educate future homebuyers rather than sticking them into a loan program they don't fully understand. As a Realtor, I know my clients are in good hands with such a great Lender. I'm a repeat customer and recommend PIF to anyone looking to refinance or buy a home and needs a loan.
