The interest rates PIF offers are unbelievably low and they close loans just as quickly as Jimmy Johns makes sandwiches ; ) They saved me hundreds of dollars on my personal monthly mortgage payment. I know they educate future homebuyers rather than sticking them into a loan program they don't fully understand. As a Realtor, I know my clients are in good hands with such a great Lender.
