WOW! Is really a lot to say in my case. PIF was Awesome, the whole TEAM. They say teamwork makes the dream work. This was my second loan funding with Andrew Leavitt in second State. But, what’s most impressive for me is the fact that we’re in some tuff times banking and loan days today. Interest rates and underwriting is a nightmare todays economy. Andrew handled my loan in such a way that others wouldn’t have known how to get it cross the finish line. I have Top Tear Credit, plenty of cash and been on my job for 20 years, however being self employed and explaining my income and sourcing is very difficult and underwriters don’t understand. Andrew made it happen and he never doubted he would. He told me that he would get it done, and he advised my builder he would get it done, and this brother got it done.
