I am in love with my new Pet Stop "fence" system. Like probably a lot of people, I had a situation where my 12 month old black lab puppy was starting to dig under my existing wood fence. I was afraid that he would eventually get out while I was away at work and started my search immediately for a system. After reading all the glowing reviews for Pet Stop and actually interviewed 2 other companies, I knew that I wanted Mike and Adam to install the system. Training "Bear" was a lot easier than I thought and he caught on very quick to the concept. We had a PetStop system installed for our German Shorthaired Pointer, Prince. Mike and Matt Sinteff were very cordial and informative to work with. Their guarantee is outstanding and they do honor it very well. About two weeks after the installation we had a small problem and Mike drove up to our home in the Appalachians to give us help. He spent 3 hours with us (not to mention the almost 5 hour round trip driving time) and did some adjustments to our system. Prince is now reacting better to the warnings of the PetStop signals and we feel at ease knowing that he is adapting very well without undo stress. Pet Stop is the best way to keep my pets contained in our yard also have one in the house to keep them off the hardwood floors. When I had a problem with the collars they we're out here to fix it. I would recommend them to any one who does not have a fence to get one. I live that my dogs can go outside and I don't worry if they have run off or the chance to get hit by a car. We love Pet Stop. Best customer service I have ever had. They installed my fence over two years ago. My 2 year old Beagle started getting out of the fence a few days ago. I called and they helped me reprogram my receiver over the phone. They were very concerned for the safety of my dog. The adjustment did not stop her from getting out.
