The lady that answers the phone and takes my order is super nice and she knows exactly what battery is needed for which dog I’m calling about. I love that.!!!!

We bought a house 11 years ago that already had a Pet Stop fence installed. Over these 11 years we’ve had great service from Pet Stop including altering our wireless design, help with dog training, and help replacing receivers.

They have ALWAYS been prompt courteous and helpful. Their service has impressed me.

Great service. Knowledgeable folks that have been working with dogs for generations. Had the underground invisible fence installed almost a year ago, and it was one of the best investments I made. During the consultation I asked a ton of questions and eventually, after a few days sleeping on it and several long energetic puppy walks a day later, decided it was the right choice for our family.

Adam, Jason, and Pamela had me feeling the support I needed through the whole install and training process. They give you a training schedule to follow for a few weeks - my big Akita caught on pretty quick, but she still got out once. I immediately called Adam and he answered the phone during dinner and walked me through getting her back safely and how to immediately correct the behavior, and she respects her boundaries ever since.

Great folks. They set all expectations up front. We love the product and the training time worked well and worked as it was explained.

This is one of the friendliest companies I have ever worked with. They quickly got the job done. Gave me plenty of information and training on how to train my dog. And they continue to check on us to make sure things are going well. This has worked better for us than a fence. Plus it was cheaper!

I was skeptical that my Rottweiler, Shepard, and dachshund would be able to learn the fence. We had a little resistance at first but after a few extra days of persistent training they have taken to the boundaries quick. It didn’t take more than one or two shocks for them to understand. They are a lot more calm indoors now that they have room to run and mark their soundings. Install was super easy. Whole process was smooth and fast.

Her collar was not charging. After talking with Pamela in the office, we determined that I needed a new receiver….. it arrived in the mail right away before “Rascal” could get into anymore trouble!

I had an invisible fence and pet door installed for my one year old Havapoo, Daisy. In addition, Daisy attended the 21-day sleepover, AKC dog training at Whispering Oaks. She was trained to use the dog door and invisible fence. In addition, she learned to come to me when asked, sit, lay down, leave it, walk on a leash, go to her place, stay in her place, not jump on friends entering the house, and many other commands. They also helped Daisy with crate and potty training. I received 4-hours of one-on-one training after her 21-day stay. I also received an electronic collar for her invisible fence, as well as a training collar, pinch collar and several leashes.

Daisy was always a sweet dog, but she was very exuberant and always trying to jump on people and play before attending training. She was very stubborn and dominant. She was not reliably potty trained and she was...

When I had a problem with the collar charger going out I called to buy a replacement. To my surprise it was covered by warranty. Pamela had it shipped the next day! A great product with outstanding customer service- a rare combination these days !

Mike and his staff were great to work with when choosing a fence for our pup! Upon consultation, Mike mapped out our yard and took the time to teach us how the fence would work. When we finally set a date for install, his crew was out within a four day period to install our fence. Once the fence was installed we were trained on how to use the app and collar with our pup. However, it didn’t stop there. Through out the first few weeks we were messaged to make sure that everyone was adjusting to the fence and using it correctly. I’m so thankful that we found Pet Stop of North Georgia! They truly care about your pet and want to keep them safe! Hands down would use them again!

We had our puppy go through the obedience training, had an electric fence put in and use them for boarding. Seena is way more well behaved coming home from boarding. I can actually enjoy our family vacation knowing she is well taken care of.

Pet Stop is FANTASTIC! Many years ago our sweet German Shepherd ran out into the street and was hit & killed by a truck right in front of our children. It was horrifying! Explanation of how the electric fence works and how the pet(s) should be trained was spot on. The installation went smoother than I thought it would. It only took our dog once to get corrected and she hasn't gotten near the flags again. We initally thought the transmitter, on the collar, had gone bad; so, a replacement was sent right out. Great customer service. I highly recommend Pet Stop of North Georgia!

I have used Petstop of North Georgia several times now and continue to have great experiences with them. With recent yard work and plantings, my fence was damaged. Once the dogs realized the fence was broken, I needed it repaired asap. Petstop of North Georgia was great- very knowledgeable and professional and I didn’t have to wait long for the appointment.
