Adam was great. He upgraded my existing fence and took the time to walk my dog and my sister's two dogs along the perimeter to train them. He even went above and beyond and helped my sister reprogram her pet stop fence.

I highly recommend this company they not only install the in ground fence they work with all of my dogs on the day they install it but they come out 3 more days and work with the dogs and myself. They guarantee that this fence will work and it does. I have a couple of dogs that I thought would go through it but they know where to stop before it shocks them. Their fence and everything that is included with it is ALL made in the USA. I can not say enough great things about Pet Stop Michael Sinteff is a very fine owner that not only cares about the quality of the fence and keeping your pets safe but he cares about the people that get the fence. Michael and his staff are very compassionate and helpful and understanding they go that extra mile to help you out. Matthew Sentiff, thank you for the excellent service. We were debating between an actual fence vs invisible pet fence for our 2 year old doodle. And I’m very glad we picked Pet Stop of NG. The service was quick prompt and very professional. Every single phone call was answered after the initial training to answer all our questions and training tips. We are happy to report that our dog knows her boundaries so well now and enjoys playing in our yard. They even dropped off signs to place in our yard that lets others know the dog is secure with an invisible fence. Great customer service.
