Hello! We have a dog that was a serial “runner” and, for the longest time, we couldn’t figure out how he was getting out of our yard. We have 5’ chain link fence around the entire yard, and he was routinely getting out to visit with our neighbors. We have a major road nearby, and we worried about his safety. So, we did some research into dog fence systems and decided to call Michael and Pet Stop of North Georgia. I sent a request for quote through their website, and they responded almost immediately w a call to set up an appointment.

Michael and a young lady came to our appointment and did a very thorough job walking my property with me and explaining how their system would work. I wanted to give this company a shout-out for a couple of reasons:
1. Customer Service - This is a small family operated business that has great customer service ethics. From the initial fence design meeting with Mike (owner) the Installation Process with (Matt) to follow up conversations and trouble-shooting with (Adam) and Pamala (office). I found their responsiveness to my needs exceptional. From the first consult to the final installation, I found these guys to be a refreshing reminder of good honest people supporting and providing an excellent product and service they stand behind.
2. Product quality: The Pet Stop products are high quality and American made. From the transmitter, receiver, in-ground wiring, phone App. Its great to know the parts are U.S.A sourced and available if you need a repair.

I am amazed at how much the company did to make sure the fence worked for our 5 year old rescued pit bull, Leah. Not only did Mike make a special trip to help us, we drove to their location to show us the correction collar for Leah. What a perfect collar for a very strong dog! I am so thankful for this company and staff they have helped me be able to keep my fur babies safe and in the yard. They know what they are doing very patient and understanding. Anytime I have had a question or concern I know that I can call them and they will answer my question. I will only use them for anything for my dogs. I highly recommend them.

Pastor Mike and team couldn’t be more helpful and responsive. Have been using the PetStop for 12+ years and have bought batteries, collars, etc. as well as worked with Mike on basic repairs as well.
