PDS came out to clean our dryer vent. After the tech came & cleaned the dryer vent, we still found lint & debris in our dryer. So I called PDS and the owner was very understanding and sent out another tech to check it out. Turns out we had a clog in our dryer vent. I appreciated the owners willingness to get the job done & correctly. I was a little frustrated but he assured me he would take care of it and he did. For that, they will always have my business. Thanks PDS!
