I liked that they came an hour after I calledThe technician did a very good job job fixing the leak at the valve on my water heater I didn't like the quality of the materials used the valve and the pipe seem cheap

I appreciated being shown a couple ways to solve our issue. Once that was decided on, they were quick, had everything they needed in their truck and courteous throughout the process. Nice work.

PDS came promptly on time, gave me the estimate in advance, and did not charge me extra even though their auger got stuck and required a little extra work to get out. People were friendly and efficient. Solved my problem right away.

I called early this morning due to a clogged drain.the young man who answered this morning assured me someone will be out between the hours of 10 am -12 pm. Two young gentlemen arrived around 10:30 am and went right to work. The two young men were very professional and courteous .they answered all my questions without hesitation and advised me other services they offer like AC maintenance. I could not be happier . Thank you for your quick response when others could not and thank you for a job well done. You have gained a new customer.
