Im beyond impress with this company. Couldn't be more happier. We had other company that offer us a discounts, but theres nothing that can compare to PDS company. Im a cancer patient. Going through chemo during the summer is tough especially with no ac. Our frist encounter was with Raul. He is such a humble person. He really cared for the customer and their needs. He even tells me to keep a positive mindset while battling cancer. He went above and beyond with his guest service. He was on time with his inspection. He found a lot of minor issues which will cost us bigger issue in the future if it wasn't fix. Everything was adding up and I was starting to stress out to hear all the issues that needs to be fix. PDS plumbing membership has made maintaining a house so easy! I called them when my A/C broke earlier in the year and learned so much from the techs I purchased the membership. These guys have already come back multiple times to maintain my A/C and water heater! These guys know their stuff! It’s great to have some really knowledgeable professionals on your side and it doesn’t feel like they try to take advantage like other services might! Definitely recommend!

These guys are awesome.. My AC was running erratically and we were heading into yet another warm weekend. It's Friday morning.. im stuck at work..and I realize finding someone last minute and on a weekend without costing a fortune was going to be impossible. My call was answered immediately.. and I was offered several appointment options available that same day.. . They met me at home within just a few hours.. calling ahead giving me the heads up and plenty of travel time to meet them. Friendly, professional and courteous .. John's vibe is chill and patient.. helping to put my mind at ease. They immediately got to work literally walking me through the entire process ..then showed me photos of the problem.. so I could actually understand what repairs id be paying for. Crazy just how much they saved me.. in stress.. time and most importantly money. From first phone call to them...

I would like to knowledge and employee as well that have come over to service my hot water tank. He was very professional, very timely and explained everything very well for me whathe was doing, I would recommend him company to fix conditioning I enjoyed working with Luis I feel very comfortable having him here with me in my home as a single woman I just I’m not comfortable just having anybody up in my house but I feel very comfortable and safe with him being here. OK appointment was from 8 to 11 came at 8 o’clock. Missed the appointment cause I didn’t hear them at the door but when I call the company they came back at 11 o’clock which was very convenient very professional and very thorough and what they were looking for helping making sure that everything was working properly. I would recommend this company to anybody and John was exceptional. He made sure he took pictures to show where the problems were and I really appreciate it cause I’ve had several people come out and not one ever address that I was having these issues. So we’re gonna fix all the issues that is needed to be done and I will definitely recommend the company to anybody that’s needing assistance with their plumbing and air condition unit.
