Called PDS for a plumbing problem and get an appointment within a couple hours of calling, Antonio G showed up, found the problem. He then went and got the appropriate items for repairs, came back and quickly fixed the plumbing issue. I had called two other well known companies, Albritten couldn't come out till the next day, and Balanced Comfort couldn't come out for 5 days.

I have been a customer of Balanced Comfort for several years with an ongoing maintenance contract. Thankfully the Balance Comfort contract is up for renewal, and because of the outstanding service by PDS and Antonio, I have now switched to PDS. Read more >
