The HVAC installation team that came out and installed our unit did a great job, they were knowledgeable and professional going about the job and I felt comfortable with the quality of work performed. Definitely would recommend them to anyone.

PDS Plumbing and Air was the 4th company to do summer maintenance on my AC and I will always go with them from now on. Michael T was super knowledgeable and showed me all the good parts of my air conditioner and made straightforward recommendations. This was the first time I didn’t feel like I was being upsold. There was zero pressure and absolutely zero fear tactics used. He showed me pictures and video immediately and in a way that proved it was my unit and not someone else’s. I can now make clear plans in how I plan to take care of my AC over the next few years, how to extend the life of my unit, and I understand the time range in which I have to consider future replacement if needed. Clear, honest, knowledgeable, no upselling. PDS has a customer for life now. I will be joining their Patriot Plan membership.

Juan, Carlos and Scott did an amazing job changing out some rooted pipes that were causing us plumbing issues often. They are great at customer service and we totally recommend PDS for your plumbing needs. Great job guys!
