I appreciate and recommend this company because of my wonderful experience with them.
The gentleman that came for the estimate was prompt, thorough, professional, and clearly an experienced expert in his field. I am assuming. He found and explained the clear diagnosis of the issue and a temporary solutiion to hold the old unit over until the estimate, parts or confirming if replacing unit was necessary. The unit was original and pushing 25-30 years old.

A bonus for me to call and take the chance on using them was because PDS is a family, locally and veteran owned business. The owner, Frank took time over the phone to help understand and troubleshoot my issue. I really appreciated that especially during COVID-19 & these precious times for not wasting any of our time. Andrew came on time, was friendly, and took the time to find the problem with our loud AC fan that had been revved too high on the revolutions from the previous repair. He solved the problem and we now enjoy peace and quiet again. Thank you Andrew!

They did a great job installing the water heater. Only issue was that they used a wood project we recently painted as a table for their supplies and left some dirt and a few marks on the paint.
