John Yotoun was amazing! He showed me the issues the AC was having and was honest about my options. He didn’t try to upsell me, but told me my options. I want him to do all the services on my unit from now on! I trust him to be honest with me and to do a great job!

I had the absolute best service today with John Y who came out to tune up my heater. John was a true professional and was very thorough in his review of everything related to the health and safety of my HVAC system. PDS as a whole made me feel like my military service is wholeheartedly appreciated which really means a lot to me. I definitely recommend PDS and will look to them for future service.
